Shipping policy
Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code by email along with the courier’s estimated delivery date.
Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, and Paul Fuentes Design cannot be held responsible for unforeseen shipping delays.
Signed Limited Editions (SLE)
Production in UK
Giclée prints are usually shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase from our London studio. Please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 1– 2 weeks.
We ship SLE Worldwide with DHL, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), Meaning no extra customs fees on delivery.
If you still have not received your order after 15 days, please contact us at hello@paulfuentesdesign.com we will aim to respond promptly to confirm your order status.
