Prints - Open unsigned editions
Each print sold is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for Open Edition Prints. If you have specific questions or inquiries about your order before it's been placed, please email us at hello@paulfuentesdesign.com
Signed Limited Editions
Paul Fuentes Design Ltd is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However if not, please return the item within 14 days of receipt. As long as the item is returned in mint condition within its original packaging alongside original proof of purchase you will be entitled to a refund, see below for further details.

Items purchased at a show/event are sold as seen and we do not offer any exchange or refund for these items.
Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and refunded minus the shipping cost. Paul Fuentes Design Ltd cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item, kindly use a trackable and insured system such as a parcel delivery or courier service.
All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.
In the Rare Event of Loss or Damage
On rare occasions, a print may arrive damaged or be lost in transit. Damaged prints must be reported by emailing us clear photos of the print and packaging within 72 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Missing orders must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
